Dear Porbo,
I have just received your letter. In your letter you have wanted to know how we celebrated the Independence Day at our college. Now I will tell you that.
The 26th March is a red letter day in our history because on this day we declared independence. Every year we observe this Independence Day with great solemnity. To celebrate this day in a befitting manner, we decorated the college premise tastefully. So the college wore a festive look. The national flag was hoisted. A seminar was held to discuss the importance of the day. We went to the National Mausoleum and offered flowers there as a symbol of profound homage to the martyred valiant soldiers. This day is a day of great joy, hope and inspiration. The day symbolizes our protest against tyranny, injustice and bondage.
No more today. With best regards to your parents and love to the youngers.
Yours ever
Ravi Roan

Dear friend,
I am fine. I hope the same with you. As the exam is coming I am studying for a more period of time.
I am writing this letter to you on the occasion of Independence day.
On Independence Day, we came in a white uniform wearing a flag badge. At the starting, our principal mam hoisted our great Indian flag and then some of the students in the school prepared dances we saw them. Some of the students gave speeches on freedom fighters. Some small children came in freedom fighters costumes and our teachers gave speeches. In the end, they gave chocolates to us.
No more to pen. How are your mother and father. Best wishes to your brother.
yours lovingly,
XXXXXXXX.
