Dear Friend,
You won't believe what happened today! The best thing in the whole wide world. I woke up, and there was thunder and lightening. As you know, I hate school, so the fact that I had to go in this weather, made it worse. So, I roll out of bed, and walk downstairs for some breakfast. After I poured myself some cereal, I went and turned on the TV to check the forecast. And then, just as I was about to put the spoon in my mouth, the weather alert came on. Never will you guess what happened next! The weather man said all schools were shut down due to the heavy rain. I am not kidding, it was pouring outside. I had the best day after that. I ran upstairs, to tell my parents.
I then came back downstairs, and binge watched Strange Things on Netflix. It was the best day ever. What did you do?
