how r u doing? hope u r doing well these days. actually , I came to know from your mother that you r not attentive towards your health at all. I was really disappointed though, but I will surely tell you my health tips. i wake early, and start my day with grabbing a fruit. then, I go for walk for. about 25 mins. I generally avoid junk food. I practice yoga and other health exercise thrice a week. i usually , make sure to not sit for a long time . I prefer walks, exercises , and meditation for peaceful mind bad healthy body.
