Dear Friend,
How are you? Everything is well at my end and hope the same with you. In this letter, I wanted to tell you about my visit to my village. This was the first time that I went to my village along with my family. It was a very new and refreshing experience for me. The fields, beauty of nature, fresh air and the clean river were some of the best things in the village. It felt so nice during our visit to the village.
For now, I’m ending the letter. Will talk about it more in another letter. Take care of yourself.
Your loving friend

Dear Anshul:
I hope this letter finds you in great health and jubilant spirits. By the time this letter reaches you, you must be enjoying your vacation. I am going to share with you my recent visit to my native village. This village is in Himachal Pradesh. It is a sylvan spot of elysian beauty.
My grandparents’ villa is on the top of the hill. The temperature is pleasantly cool. All around are terraced fields where pure natural vegetables grow. Beyond the fields are natural forests. Here pure, pristine nature reigns supreme. There are green undulating pastures and meadows of green grass and crops; woods, arbors, orchards, vineyards stretch for miles all around. Flora and fauna thrive abundantly; flowers in millions bloom along the edges of lakes and when a soft breeze blows it appears as if they are dancing. The sky is pure azure in which white silky-floss-like clouds hover here and there. The food grown here is totally pure, organic, and delicious. The people living here are innocent and devoid of greed, deceit, and selfishness. The source of water is a stream. Every morning I went to the stream to fetch pure water for drinking and cooking. I had my bath in the stream every day!
My granny cooked the most scrumptious dishes for me as long as I stayed there. I also assisted my granny in the fields and in handling the cows. I just loved to be in that heavenly hamlet. Well the happy times are about to be over! The school is going to reopen on July 5, 2019.
The rest is fine. Do share with me how you spent your vacation. Looking forward to hearing from you. Parnam to uncle and auntie.
Your loving friend,
Suresh
