Dear friend friend name ,

I hope you are well by the grace of the Almighty. I am well too. Please convey my regards to your parents. It’s been long since I received your last letter. So I have thought of writing this letter.

The Puja holidays have finally come to an end. It had started on 26th September and ended on 29th September. I am surprised that these four days have passed all of a fun and Enthusiastic. On the day of “Saptami”, I went out along with my close friends to visit the decorated Puja pendals across the Village. We ate delicacies at various  foods  which is prepared in the Home and relatives house. The next day, we went out for an outing along the banks of Penna. On the next day, we had some shopping at big shopping malls in my town. On the day of “Dasami”, we followed the vehicles carrying idols upto the place of submersion of Devi Durga. We had a Wonderful and great time these days.

Yours,

Dear Shivam,

This was the most memorable month. I spent it in Lucknow with relatives. The weather was wonderful. All-day long we swam in the river, sunbathed, examined the local attractions, visited the museum, cinema, and a huge gift shop. The sea was so good I did not want to leave it.

August I spent at home. I finally managed to read the book by R.L Stine's "Goosebumps". I also began to learn classic Indian flute. This instrument is very beautiful. In the evening, I was walked with friends, together we are having fun.

Tell us more about your visit to Delhi.  What was the most unforgettable? What did you eat in the local restaurants?

I look forward to your next letter.

Yours affectionately,

Shivu
