Dear Anant:

I hope this letter finds you in great spirits and health. I am writing to you to thank you from the core of my heart for helping me in mu illness. The stomach infection was quite severe and I had to be hospitalized. I had to miss school for 20 days. My studies were severely affected. If you would not send me the notes, I would really have found it difficult to cope with the stress of catching up with the rest of the class. You have earned a special place not in my heart alone, but my entire family as well. Thanks once again. I will start attending school from July 10, 2017 onwards. Give regards to uncle and aunt.

Dear Ashish

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the help you rendered me and made it possible for me to cover the backlog that had piled up due to my sickness. Had it not been for you, I would not have been able to keep my work up-to-date and revise for the coming examination. 

It's truly said that a friend in need is a friend indeed and you've truly proved it true. I'm sure your mom and dad would be happy to know about it. Please give my regards to your parents and love to your little brother.
