Dear Mohan:

I hope this letter finds you enjoying yourself to the fullest. I also hope you must have recovered from the recent illness. I am writing to advise you to abstain yourself from junk food. Junk food causes only diseases. Obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cholesterol imbalance, headaches, depression, dental problems, etc, are caused by frequent consumption of junk food.

There is nothing good that can be said about junk food! There is little nutritional value in them. These foods are often high in calories yet offer little or no nutritional value. When fast food frequently replaces nutritious foods in your diet, it can lead to poor nutrition, poor health, and weight gain. Tests in lab animals have even shown a negative effect in short duration diets. Being overweight is a risk factor for a variety of chronic health problems including heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

I hope in future you will eat only home-made nutritious food. The rest is fine. Give warm regards to uncle and aunt.

Yours affectionately,

Utkarash

Dear Friend,

Recently I called Rahul and he revealed to me that your weight is increasing step by step. I truly got worried about you as I realize that you are extremely enamored with junk food. Despite the fact that they taste great they are extremely unsafe to our body. I would propose that you take an ever-increasing number of green vegetables and serving of mixed greens as it is extremely nutritious and will help you to lose your excessive fat.

I am encasing a CD with the letter so you can see the unsafe impacts of eating junk food and furthermore the activities which will help you in losing your weight.

Your loving Friend
