Hello, how have you been? Are you still in good shape? If not you are in a load of trouble! You need to live a healthy life style like me.
It is told by experts that you need to workout for at least one hour. I normally weight lift for thirty minutes and run for twenty minutes and cool down with stretches. You should start taking this step to a healthy life style.
Every morning you should start off with something small to eat. You might want the big lumberjack pancakes with eggs and bacon but news flash buddy it is not that healthy. I make a milkshake with two boiled eggs and call it breakfast. Keep breakfast simple. That is the second step to a healthy lifestyle
