Dear Raj,
I have just got your letter and learnt that you are now a lazy bird. You are surely aware that laziness is the source of all sorts of troubles. If you don’t have time and energy for any other physical exercise, you can have at least a morning walk as it is the best and easiest form of exercise. Actually, morning walk provides us a good exercise after a long night’s rest and fresh oxygen of the cool morning air.
Even the doctors advise their patients to have a morning walk as a remedy of various types of physical diseases. Moreover, morning walk is a good start for the whole day’s work. There is another important feature of the morning walk. During our walk in the morning, we come into greater and closer contact with nature free from pollution.
Morning walk has some other advantages too. We have to depend on other people or instruments or instructions in some other exercises, such as cycling, swimming, etc., but morning walk is an independent exercise. If anyone wants to get his health as wealth, he can undertake morning walk as it is very simple as well as and breathe air beneficially. I have started it already. Write to me by return of post that you have started morning walk in the meantime.
