Dear granny,
I'm fine here and hope to hear the same from you. I have written this letter to you to tell my experience of getting a new friend.
Today was the first day at my school. I was very nervous to go inside the class. But my teacher was very kind and she somehow made me to feel comfortable in the class by introducing myself to the entire class. I got a seat beside a boy who was very friendly. He extended his hand towards me and asked whether we could be friends. I was very happy and pleased with his behaviour. Day by day we became close to each other. We would share each other's snacks and other things.
He helped me whenever I was in trouble.
I cannot forget a friend like him! It was then when I realised the meaning of the proverb :
A FRIEND IN NEED IS A FRIEND INDEED!!!
