Madam,

With due respect, I, the undersigned am a student as well as the Head Girl of class XI of your institution. I have got so many appeals from my classmates ( students of Arts ) to request you for organising an educational excursion to a place of historical importance. They all want this excursion to get help in their History projects. And it has been a long time, our school didn't arrange any tour, so I also thought to write to you about this. We would like to visit Murshidabad, no place can't be as well as here for historical importance. We want our History Ma'am to visit along with us there.

Therefore, I, on behalf of the students of Arts in class XI, would request you to grant it. We all would be thankful to you. Hope to get a positive response from you.
