Sir/Madam, I, Abcd , roll no 1, of class IX C , request you to kindly issue me my transfer certificate and mark sheet. My father has been tranferred to ac city and thus to get admission into another school of repute in ac city, I would need the aforementioned documents. I would be highly obliged.
