I am a former student of Brilliant High School who graduated in the year 2016.

I am humbly writing to you, requesting that you may furnish me with a duplicate copy of my Class 12 mark sheet. I had the unfortunate experience of being the victim of a robbery. In that incidence,  I lost my backpack and along with it, the original copy of my class 12 mark sheet.

I am applying for college and the mark sheet is a requirement from the admitting colleges. I would be very happy if you could help me with the duplicate copy.
