Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the non working fans and broken windows in our class. We also have many mosquitoes roaming in our class due to the garbage lying just beside our school building and our class is too close to the waste. This causes a lot problems both to our health as well as our studies. It’s summer and the fans are not working, windows are broken and all birds and insects get in and a lot of noise comes from construction site. Due to this the students as well as the teachers are getting distracted. We also have our final exams soon. Please look into the matter.
