Last year you promised to carry out certain repairs in the house I am occupying. I regret to state that you have not kept your word.
I shudder to think of our plight in the rainy season which is about to set in. The roof leaks badly with the result that the entire house is flooded with water during the monsoon. On the top of this, the windows, with all their broken panes, let in more rain water. Besides, the deep cracks in the walls pose a danger in all seasons.
Even now it is not too late to set matters right. I hope that you will fulfil your duty to your tenant by carrying out the necessary repairs before the monsoon sets in.

Subject :- Requesting you to Repair the House.
Sir Ronak,
I am sorry to state that your premises, we are living in now, is in a very bad state and needs immediate repairs. I have been living in this house for the last 3 years , but during this entire period no major repairs have been carried out. As you are fully aware that the kitchen ceiling has been leaking during the rains. There are cracks on the rooftop and the staircase is also in a very poor shape. The walls on the outer side also need urgent repairs as at many places brick and mortar is clearly visible presenting a very ugly look. Last time when you paid us a visit about 2 months ago, we showed you all this and you had agreed to carry out the repairs urgently, but so far it has proved an empty promises.
Now, it is to inform you that the matter is serious and needs your immediate attention. Therefore, you must urgently arrange for the repairs or I shall get these done on my own and the cost would be deducted from my rent in instalments. Since the matter is of great urgency and our security and safety is involved, I want to have the repairs done before the onset of rainy season.
I await your early response before I get the repairs done on my own.
