How are you and how is Dad? I hope all is good with you. I know you love me so much and worried about me but my lovely Mom I am perfectly alright now. It was a normal fever because of change in weather. (Explain your actual problem and situation). I am taking good care of myself Mom, and I do not want you to get stressed or worried that much.
