Respected Sir,

Let me invite your kind attention to the open manholes in Delhi Cantt, Delhi Rains have set in and there is water on the roads. In such a situation open holes are causing special problems. Accidents in the colony have become very common. The residents seem to show no concern when a cyclist is badly hurt. But yesterday an eight-year-old child fell into a manhole and lost his life.

The corporation should take immediate action to put iron lids on these manholes. A delay may cause further trouble.
