Dear Rakesh,
This is Ranita from the topmost floor of your building writing on behalf of all the other flat members.This is to inform you that certain actions are causing a disturbance for the residents of this building and the adjacent ones.
Since past few months, we are observing that you are organising late night parties at your residence. Such parties are always accompanied by loud music which is causing a lot of inconvenience and distress among the residents of this area. You can certainly enjoy but not at the cost of our peace. There are old people, children and other working people who struggle to sleep in such circumstances.
We really hope that you are going to understand our situation and arrange things so as not to disturb your neighbours. Your co-operation is highly required.
