Dear Anil,
I received a lovely surprise yesterday. No, it wasn't my birthday. My school gifted me a brand new cycle.
You must be wondering why this sudden act of kindness. Actually our Chief Minister has taken the endeavour to distribute cycles to all girl students. It is an extension of her drive of Kanyasri- girl child education.
I have received a pink cycle. It is beautiful. I no longer have to wait for the bus to come winding by. My brother was wishing he was a girl so that he could get a cycle too.
