Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter in order to give you some information and quick tips for your comfortable stay at my home in my absence.
As I had informed you, I am out of town for a week to attend some social event at my native. During this period, you can move to my flat which is located in a suburb of Ahmedabad city called Gota. My flat is one BHK flat on the fourth floor of K block which is the only ten storey building in this development. You will find all the modern amenities like gym, garden and swimming pool for the recreation of all the residents there. Moreover, we have two more families residing on the same floor who are very cooperative and helping in their nature. Moreover, as I am living here on a rental basis, there are certain guidelines we need to adhere during our stay. Firstly, you have to park your vehicle in allocated parking only. Secondly, you should not create loud noises which can disturb families residing nearby. Finally, Alchohol, smoke, and parties are strictly prohibited here. So, I would request you to maintain the decorum set by the authorities.
At last, If you face any emergency, you can contact the security deputed at the gate of the society. You can call them through intercom dialing 1000 or else you can take help of the chairman of the society connecting him through his mobile number written in the telephone diary.
