Dear Sir:
I am writing to your good self to seek permission to take part in the inter-school Abdul Kalam Debate Contest to be held at BVM International School on June 15, 2018 at 10:30 a.m.
Our school has decided not to take part in it because of the coming examination. I assure you taking part in it won’t affect my performance in the exams in any manner. I have already won a few trophies for the school in debate and declamation contests. It is a wonderful opportunity to win another trophy for the school in the current academic year. Kindly allow me to take part in it.
