Respected Sir,

              As you may be aware there is a shortage of water in the college area. Even drinking water is scarce. Students who spend long hours in the college find it difficult to do without drinking water for the whole day. Many of them bring water bottles but that is not sufficient.

            Now that summer is approaching, this problem will become more acute. I humbly request you to make some alternative arrangements for the provision of drinking water in the college. I shall be very grateful to you for this favour.
