Dear Sir,

We are really happy to inform you that the student council of our college has decided to organise one day camp in nearby village to create health awareness among the villagers.

It is observed that people in these villages are not at all aware about their health issues. There are many hygiene related issues in these villages.

This is really a noble work to create awareness among the people about cleanliness and health issues. If we take proper precautions then many diseases we can easily avoid.

I request you kindly grant a permission to organise one day camp in nearby village. We have already taken the permission of The Sarpanch of Gorai village which is situated just 7 km. away from our city.

Hope that you will grant the permission soon so we will plan to fix the date.
