Sir

Ours is the best college in Karur and I am proud to be a part of it. I am sure it is the same with all the students studying here.

However, I am upset that there is poor maintenance of the campus. It is littered with all sorts of things that cause a foul odor and put people away from visiting our college. I request you to place dustbins at appropriate places in the school ground and each classroom. Also, strict enforcement must be done to ensure that these are properly utilized. Defaulters may be penalized appropriately.
