Sir,

I beg to inform you that I would not be able to attend my duty on and from 23rd To 29th September of this month on account of my studies.

As you know, I have been trying really hard and have been working as a trainee under your workplace for last 6 months.

However I have felt many a times that I have often failed to work most appropriately due to lack of certain theoretical aspects required for this kind of job. I want to learn the essence of working in teams and also about the various aspects of marketing plan.

Hence I would request you to grant me leave for the above mentioned period.

With Regards,

Shailesh Yadav
