Respected Sir/Ma'am,

Subject: A student being bullied.

I am ......... (name) from ......... (class) studying in your school. When i was returning back to home i saw a student being bullied by some of the elderly and senior students. The student being bullied is my neighbour and a very good friend of mine. The next day when i asked him about the incident, he ignored and did not even open his mouth, but I saw that he had received bruises and cuts on his face and legs. His school uniform was badly soiled with red marks of blood. It clearly depicted that he is being bullied and beaten very badly. He has stopped talking with anyone and everytime i found him in state of nervousness and fear on his face.

He was not willing to come to school the next day. Somehow his parents managed to send him to the school. He has been feeling very nervous and sad these days, and it is a matter of great concern.

I would be very thankful if this matter is thoroughly looked into and the offending students be warned and punished so that no such incident may occur in future or with another student. I can even tell you the names of those offenders personally and i would convince my friend for the same.

Yours sincerely,

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

Dear Teacher’s Name,

I am the mother of Name of Child who is in your sixth grade class. Unfortunately, I need to report to you that she has been experiencing bullying this year.

She first mentioned the incidents to me four weeks ago on DATE when she said two students in her class, Full Name and Full Name, tore her blouse during games.

She refused to go to school today, and I didn’t force her. These incidents are far beyond normal childish behavior, and I am very worried. I hope the school will take action, so my daughter can enjoy and benefit from school.

I would like to arrange a meeting to discuss the situation with you. I can be reached at 555-123-4567 or at [email protected].

Sincerely,
