You may kindly see that some of the appliances in our school laboratory have now become very old and almost unfit for further use. It is, therefore, urgently felt that the said old appliances should be replaced with the latest ones for the benefit of the students. We, the science students, have already brought this “latter to the notice of our science teachers and the destructor engaged in the laboratory.I hope that you will kindly give a thought to the matter and take steps to replace them before our next annual examination begins.

We, the students of class IX, would like to request for your permission to let us use the science laboratory even after class hours. Our practical classes are just for an hour during which we at most times, are unable to get our work done or even learn all the practicals fully. So, if we could use the lab even after the classes are over, then we can learn it more better and fully understand it in our own time. We also promise not to do any unnecessary work or make any problems.
We would be really grateful if you could allow us the use of the lab for the said reasons.
