Dear ... ,

I was really sad by getting your letter of stress problem. It's very disappointing news. Stress and anxiety both are very common feeling in everyone's life but it doesn't mean we get into it completely. We need to forget something so that the upcoming thing can be beautiful. We need to darken those past things to light up the upcoming. But, Yes I agree, reducing stress is very difficult or we can say, it isn't on our hand. We need to relax and think about it more & more , then only it's possible to realise the importance to forget that topic. Stress is really difficult to be removed but it can be easy by doing yoga or meditation and anxiety is another thing just like stress, it gets away only after stress is removed from our mind.
