Dear DEF

I hope this letter finds you in the best of the spirits.
When I visited home last month, mum looked very much concerned about your recent health issues. Avoiding care of your health can lead to many severe consequences in your life. It will act as a bad patch in your academic life. You will not be able to cope up with all your friends, and can subsequently feel lonely in your future. Nowadays, the competition is on cloud nine, and in order to lead a successful and happy life, education is the key and one needs a healthy lifestyle along with it.

So, I request you to start a healthy and balanced lifestyle, and concentrate more in your studies.

Yours lovingly
XYZ

Dear Jaya

How are you doing? Here, I am keeping well. Mother told me that you are not leading a healthy lifestyle. She told me that you have recently begun binging into a lot of fast food. At the same time, she said that you have stopped your exercises because you tend to keep awake for long hours at night sitting in front of the computer to watch your favorite movies. Because of this, you are not able to wake up early in the morning.

Do you know that your education can go for a toll if you do not take care of your health? An unhealthy lifestyle like what you are leading now can cause a lot of health issues and illnesses. As a result, you will not be able to focus on your studies. If this happens, how do you think you will be able to prepare for the IAS exams that has been your dream for so many years?

I request you to respect our mother’s feelings and worries. Please stop this staying up late hours at night and indulging in fast food at the earliest. I know it is difficult to get off this habit at one go but you can at least lessen this. For example, you can restrict the late night hours and indulging in fast food to just twice a week. But, make sure that they are not two consecutive days.

I hope you consider my advice in earnest and act accordingly.

Shall stop now with lots of love

Sushma
