Hope you are fine, it has been days, still i didn't see you. But we will be meeting soon. I would like to invite you in the medical camp that my school has organized. It's not far, actually, it's just 3km distance. The village is (*whatever name you wanna write for that village*).
The camp is for all the villagers in free of cost. We will be explaining them how to stay healthy, and what to do you are sick. We will be giving vaccines to them, and yes, free polio treatment and oral polio vaccines. I'm sure you will like our work and i would be glad to see you there. Say hello to parents and be fine as always

hey, write haven't seen you instead of didn't see you in the first para, that would be much appropriate
and write 'if' in between of "what to do you are sick" and you can even add 'oral polio vaccines will be given'
