Answer:

Explanation:

Sir,

I am planning to dig a borewell for domestic purpose in my village in Nizamabad dist of Andhra Pradesh. My neighbor is opposing that because the borewell point is 7 to 8 ft distance from his house. He complained the same to MRO and MRO has sent VRO to stop the borewell drilling. My father went to the MRO office and asked him give objection certificate but he refused to give a notice.

Are there any guidelines by the government to dig a borewell for domestic purpose? My neighbor is a MRO and he is influencing my mandle MRO in stopping the borewell digging. Because the MRO hasn't served any notice on paper can we goahead and dig a borewell in our own place?

Thanks,

Madhu Paladugu

Respected Sir,

Hope, this letter finds you well and you are enjoying good health. I am writing this letter to bring your attention about serious issue in our area. In our area, there has been experienced extensive digging of wells by the citizens without prior permission. It is fear that careless digging might cause accidents in a long run. I request you to kindly control borewell digging in our area. That’s very kind of you.
