I am fine here and hoping the same for you. Nowadays there are happening everywhere where one can safely avoid by simply following the rules.
Major reason for many accident is ignoring the traffic light. You should follow the traffic signs like speed limit, stop ahead etc. We show follow the one way and walk only only on the pedestrian path .
In order to prevent such menace of road accidents; the government has recently implemented Motor vehicle Act 2019,throughout the country. Now the penalty has been increased 10 times on various violations.
Government took serious note on traffic safety by :
- Compensation for road accident victims.
- recall of defective motor vehicles that may harm environment, other drivers
You should also be aware of traffic rules to prevent yourself from accidents.
- Offence by Juveniles is a newly introduced. Now Guardian of the Juvenile / owner of the vehicle shall be fined Rs. 25,000 with 3 yrs imprisonment.
- speeding, racing, drunk driving, driving without helmet or insurance , So be very careful and attentive while driving.
