Dear Sunny:
I hope this letter finds you in great health and mood. I have been told by Mom that you have become a T.V. addict! Well, T.V. is not bad; addiction is bad. Our wise elders say ‘Excess of everything is bad.’ T.V. is no exception. Undoubtedly, limited amount of watching T.V. is good as it presents information for the brain and gives it enough stimuli for its healthy growth and development. However, watching it continuously for hours affects not only the brain negatively but also other organs. I don’t want you to waste your time and energies on unnecessary T.V. watching. If you don’t mend your ways I will have it packed and stowed it away in the store. I hope you will mend your ways. Give parnam to Mom and Dad.
