I hope this letter of mine will find you hell in hearty this letter is a great advice to you and I hope you will understand it spirit and follow that why sincerely I have came to know that you are exclusively occupied with your studies and always busy in your books sometime you forget even to take your lunch or dinner also generally you take bath very late in office you missing it is not good on your part you should not keep yourself so busy on the cost of your health just think what will happen if you lose your health you will not be able to study even for a moment when you are in in help you know well that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body so you should be equally careful about your Physical health it is my sincere advice to you that you should regularly devote some time to athletic gives it is a good physical exercise athletic games will make you strong and robust and will keep you fit for mental work also .I hope you will certainly follow my advice and I will soon hear from your friend that a great change has come in your routine wishing you a happy and healthy life .
