Dear XYZ,
How are you? How your studies are going on? I am fine here and I miss you a lot. Yesterday a notice had come from your school that you are not speaking english in the campus. I know that your english is weak but you should try to improve it. I am telling you how to learn english so follow these instructions.
Try to read your literature book. From your grammar book learn Tenses and that will help you the most. Be attentive in class. Read lots of english books as you can. So, I think that will give you the the god results and I don't want to listen your complain again. Take care of yours.
