I hope this letter finds you in sound health and upbeat spirits. Well, I am writing to you to give you some advice. Your mother had a long chat with last week concerning you. She confided to me you are going astray. You have made some friends who are spoiling you. You have been bunking school quite frequently; your academic performance has fallen miserably! I was shocked when she told me she suspects you have started smoking secretly! She often finds the smell of cigarette smoke in your room or your washroom. Dear Arun, kindly mend your ways. Bad company and bad habits are going to spoil your career. We all have such high hopes on you. I hope you will turn over a new leaf.
