My dear Hindol,
I come to learn from father's letter received on 5th instant that now-a-days, you are exclusively busy with studies, and you afford no time for sports and games.
Study is the primary duty of a student, and there is no doubt in it. But constant study may jam your brain. It may make you homesick. You must also take part in outdoor games which will build up a good physical health. Nowadays sports and games are also part of education. You may play football, Kabaddi ,cricket, badminton which are good exercises and sources of amusement. You know the proverb that healthy mind resides in a healthy body. You cannot do anything with the weak health. Moreover too much study may make you sick. Sports and games make us physically strong and mentally alert. They help in building companionship, leadership and the spirit of cooperation. Therefore I advise you to take part in outdoor games for one hour daily.
Yours ever
