Dear brother,
It's been awhile since we talked. I hope you are alright. I am fine as well. the recent flood in Uttarakhand proved to be very disastrous for the villagers living in the neighbouring areas. as I recall weather forecast system had already around us of heavy rainfall in the Jungle near the newly built Dam a month ago. All of a sudden, due to heavy rains, the water level increased critically, more than the optimum, resulting in the failure of storage Chamber of the Dam. Just in a week, the dam broke from inside and huge amount of Unstoppable water rushed towards neighbouring areas. Emergency protocols were immediately imposed and rescue officials reached the spot along with Army rangers. As a result of immediate action taken by the state, many lives were protected. Despite of all that, more than 150 people are still missing. Almost all houses had been washed away and construction sites were affected the most. Now, there has been a decrease in water level but the situation is not over yet. We thank to God as we were for away from the affected areas.
