It is extremely heartening to bring to your kind notice that the Registered A/D post letter sent from your Post Office vide receipt No.___________, ____________ (Date)____________ Xerox copy of which is enclosed, has not been received by the addressee, ____________ (name and address) although long ____________ (Days) have already elapsed. Kindly be informed that such an abnormal delay in non-receipt of the letter containing valuable information by the addressee has put both of us into absolute predicament.

I would request you to take up the matter with all seriousness and see that the said registered A/D post letter is not delivered to the addressee without further loss of time and intimate me the date of delivery of the letter to the addressee.
