Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to express my views on the benefits of Art of Living for students. I happened to attend the workshop organized by my school’s yoga club. The programme proved to be very beneficial. This programme teaches us time management techniques, coping with our academic pressure. We, students, face lots of problems in handling the stress caused by the increasingly competitive world.
The programme helps to handle the stress without affecting one’s health. It also teaches emotional and social skills, the skills to deal with relations and people. Besides these, the programme proves to be very effective in developing a healthy attitude towards life. Students are not careful about their eating habits, their health. This programme leads them to the right path giving them a healthy mind in a healthy body.
I would suggest every student attend such workshops at least once in their lifetime as it will result in a meaningful life.
