I bought a shoe from m/s shoe live halwasiya market, lucknow. few days back at 1st oct 2019, videbill no 1234.

the shoe was not a correct pair . within a few days of the purchase. but shoe colour is not write .and shoe size is very small size . it is not a feet to be a my foot .

I kindly request you to either replace it under the conditions laid at the time of purchase.

I am extremely sorry that I had tried to become one of your esteemed customers but I do not think that with service like this it is going to be possible.

I would like a complete refund for these shoes at their cost. Please make arrangements at the earliest for this.
