I am fine and pink in health. I hope the same with you. It's been many days I haven't received any letter from you. As I was in my exams, I couldn't write to you. From 2 months, I have been exercising everyday. My PT teacher has been guiding me. I wanted to share my experience with you and decided to write to you.
I have been suffering from back ache, stomach and head aches frequently. I started doing exercise daily. I noticed amazing changes in myself. I am able to stay active, strong and productive all day. I am loosing weight and my memory power increased too!
