Dear Sir,
I am shocked to inform you that the books sent by you are badly damaged. I think your assistant had not packed them proper care. Some books are of old editions. They are torn and the pages are all scattered or missing.

It has become quite necessary for me to return the books. You are therefore requested to replace them and send the new books with great care. In the transaction, no fault lies on us. So you are requested to bear the cost yourself.
I hope you will be careful in future and send the books at the earliest.

Sub: Recieved a damaged book

Sir

I would like to draw your kind attention, towards the parcel recieved from your book store, 'The Book Sea'.

It is really dissappointing to recieve a damaged book from your book store. It had ink spilled on the secongd page, and the pages were all scrambled, some of the pages in the middle were toren. I would appreciate if u would allow me to exchange my book in return. I would like to advice you to be careful wih books the next time you send it to someone.

Hpope you exchange my book and be more careful next time, because i prefer your book store.

Yours sicerely
