Dear Sir,

I, with great regret draw your attention towards the connectivity of your broadband Wifi. This is not the first time we are complaining. We also have come to your office to check how the service of internet is provided and we never felt satisfied.

As you know I am a university student (or job holder) and most of my work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. (Show your actual problem and situation).

You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still, I have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible.
