My dear friend,

I hope you are in the best of moods and health. I haven't received much of communication from you of late. Even though it is the time of mobile SMS and emails, it is good to write the usual letters also. So I decided that I will write a letter to you.

Of late I have been eating too many chocolates and drinking too much of coffee and tea. I ignored to brush my teeth at night before sleeping. Though my parents used to warn me about my teeth, I continued to eat toffees and chocolates.  Now I realized how true their words are.  My teeth developed a problem. Two teeth are causing nagging pain. I was unable to sleep at all during two nights. A little blood also came out of the gums. I was unable to eat hard things like fried peas.  When I tried eating mangoes, my teeth couldn't stand the sour taste.

So my father took me to a dentist. The doctor used his concave mirror and his other tools to examine my teeth. He said there are gaps between teeth. The gums are a bit weak too. He did some filling between the teeth. He found one tooth very weak and loose. He took out the tooth. Though he gave a sedative locally, it was a little painful.

Now I am careful in eating. I always brush my teeth well before sleeping also.  I follow the doctor's advice faithfully.  I advise you also to take care of your teeth very well.  Otherwise you may face same trouble as I did.

Good luck. and See you later.

yours sincerely

Answer:

Dear ......,

Yesterday I visited a dentist as I was suffering from toothache. He asked me did I ate any chocolates or something lately. Then I remembered that I ate many chocolates when  I got scholarship day before yesterday and I said it to him. He told me eating too much chocolates is not good for health and then he called a nurse to give me a injection. I don't know what type of injection was that. Then he took off my tooth with something like a placker. Anyway my toothache reached out of me after that.
