I hope you fine with your family,I'm also fine with my family. you want to know how I am fit and healthy , right.ok I do regular exercise and eat green vegetables , you think that I am doing that now my dear friend not this only . I eat junk food, spicy food and whatever I like it. you think then how I'm fit and healthy right. see I do whatever I like you know that very well ok, now I tell you my whole day schedule then you get the point ok dear friend but please you can't tell anyone ok dear friend.
I wake up on 3:30am and half an hour I wash my face and eat some health snacks not too much ok I know you love food very much and then I go for jogging about 4or 5 km but for beginners only 1 and 2 km starting point. and then when I come back I eat breakfast which I like just like pasta , sandwich and noodles as well then I drink two glass of milk and when I come to school I come with my cycle with a long track and I playing to much and you know that I finished my homework in the school so I can't take tension of my homework.
you also do same thinks but in limit ok my dear friend . take my greetings to your parents and my love for your small sister and give hello to bug brother also .
