Write a mathematical expression using the variables ‘h’ and ‘b’

respectively for height and base of a triangle:

The height of a triangle is 3 units more than the base.​

Answer:

let the base be x units

so the height = x+3 units

so area of that ∆ = 1/2 ×b ×h

= 1/2× x(x+3)

= x²+3x /2

if only the mathematical expression by using h and b

then, ar of ∆ = b×h/2
