Dear Swapna,

It was nice to meet your mother when I came to your house. I had some notes to return to you and also those two books of Geography and English. I am sorry for being late. It was because I went to a family function for a week and could not reach you. I hope my delay did not cause you much harm since those your school texts. If it did, I apologise to you beforehand.

When I arrived at your house, you were not present so I gave the notes and the books to your mother. When you get back and get them please do me a favour and call me. I want to apologise you through phone.
