Once upon a time, an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After being released, the man felt humiliated as he walked to his home. He sued the old man for wrongly Accusing him.

In court, the old man told the Judge, “They were just comments, didn’t Harm anyone..” The judge, before passing sentence on the case, told the old man, “Write All the things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and On the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to Hear the sentence”.

The next day, the judge told the old man, “Before receiving the Sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper That you threw out yesterday”. The old man said, “I can’t do that! The wind must have spreads them and I won’t Know where to find them”.

The judge then replied, “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. The old man realized his mistake and asked for forgiveness”.

Moral: Do not malignant or blame anyone without knowing the fact or a truth. Your words may ruin someone’s reputation without any fault of theirs.

My home was on the edge of a forest. I

often felt attracted to the mysteries of this forest and made secret plans to

go inside it. Though there was strict prohibition against going near the

forest, still I ventured into it quite often and had many interesting

experiences which I secretly shared with my friends during my leisure time.

Once my cousins were visiting me in the vacation.

We made a plan to go into the forest at night after our parents had gone to

bed. It was a dark, moonless night; we had carried our torches with us which we

were to switch on once we got into the forest. Each one of us was feeling

scared. The distant howls and growls of the wild animals were quite

frightening.

Suddenly, we heard the sound of footsteps.

We held our breath and focused on the direction of footsteps. We tried to go

towards the direction from where the sound of the footsteps was coming. One of

my cousins shouted, ‘Look here! The fresh foot-marks!’ The foot-marks were

quite visible in the wet ground of the forest as the boy directed the torch

light on them.

We began following the

footsteps. To our utter shock and consternation, the foot-marks led us to

a house hidden behind the trees. We could see the lights of the living room on

through the windows. We neared the window and peeped into the room from one of

the panes. To our stark terror, we found a lady lying on the floor in a puddle

of blood! Bending over her I saw another woman, holding a knife in her hand from

whose blade blood was dripping. The face of the woman was hidden behind her

disheveled hair. The woman slowly turned her head towards us, and raising the

knife high ran towards us. All of us ran for our life! We sprinted back to our

home. We thanked God for his benevolence and were happy to be home
