The Most Embarrassing Moment of My Life
This was when I was about 10 years old and had a crush on my teacher. She was so beautiful and I wanted to be just like her. She was the only one who made me feel special and I was desperate to get her attention.
At age 12, I secretly tried to get into the head of one of the most beautiful women I had ever seen. I would daydream long and hard about her, and how I wanted to kiss her and run my hands across her bare skin. I would wake up in the middle of the night and get lost for hours thinking about her and the things we could do together.
She would look at me and smile and I would freeze, not knowing what to say or do. I wondered if she liked me too.
I couldn’t understand why, if she was so pretty and such a great teacher, she didn’t pay more attention to me. If she were even considering me, she would have definitely approached me.
As I grew older, my crush only grew stronger. I was a young boy and I saved my strong crushes for the young, beautiful women I idolized. I foolishly allowed myself to be distracted by my teacher’s good looks.
I would take a picture of myself in my PJs and send it to her, along with a note that said, “Yes, I want to be your boyfriend.” I never got that note back, and I’m still hoping she sent it.
